Built by two Doctors of Physical Therapy

Training built by
two physical therapists.

The gap was never effort. It was guidance. Powered by AI.

Most programs were written before they met you. Forge adjusts this week based on how last week actually went — and it remembers, so it gets better the longer you train with it.

Why we built it
Almost everyone we treated wanted to train well. What they'd never been given was guidance that fit them. Fitness is the thing that lets you go out and live a full life — and the principles behind it don't change: the same strength, conditioning and flexibility fundamentals the best coaches in the world use apply whether you're a pro athlete or starting over at fifty. There are only two of us. So we built a way to give anyone that guidance, at any level, so no one is left behind.

What makes it different

A coach that shows up for the whole story.

Not a fixed plan and not a chatbot that forgets you — the way a great coach actually works, week after week.

It changes because of you

Thursday changes because of what Tuesday did to you. Miss a week, travel, sleep badly, tweak something — the plan rebuilds around what you actually have, so three missed days never turn into three lost months.

It remembers

What you told it, what worked, what your body doesn't like. The longer you train, the better it knows you — the same way a coach you've had for years does.

It knows where its lane ends

It coaches training. When something needs a person, it says so and points you to one. Built by clinicians who'd rather refer you out than guess.

A complete click-through of Forge — the intake conversation, how your program gets built, logging a session, and how next week changes because of it. Nothing staged.

About the AI

Yes, there's AI in it — and the coach tells you so the first time you talk to it. The coaching is ours: frameworks written by two Doctors of Physical Therapy after thousands of patients. The AI's job is to apply those principles to the week you actually had, hold on to what happened, and show you its reasoning whenever you ask. It doesn't invent the training.

The question everyone asks

Why not just use ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can write you a program. It can't change Thursday because of what Tuesday did to you — it wasn't there for Tuesday.

ChatGPT starts every conversation with a stranger who happens to have your goals. Forge starts week nine holding weeks one through eight.

The loop

How Forge thinks.

The same loop a great coach runs with you — just always available, and it never forgets.

1

Listen

A real conversation finds your goal, your why, and the limiter.

2

Decompose

Break the goal into the qualities you actually need to train.

3

Prescribe

A lean program you review and approve — never a bloated checklist.

4

Adapt

Each week it adjusts from your real response and recovery.

5

Protect

A safety rail refers you out when something needs a human.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

Who built Forge?

Forge was built by two Doctors of Physical Therapy. Every coaching framework in the product was written by them after thousands of patients. The technology applies those clinical principles to your training — it doesn't invent the training.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can write you a program, but it can't change Thursday because of what Tuesday did to you — it wasn't there for Tuesday. ChatGPT starts every conversation with a stranger who happens to have your goals. Forge starts week nine holding weeks one through eight — your program, your logs, how last week felt, what flared up and when.

Is there AI in Forge?

Yes, and the coach tells you so the first time you talk to it. The coaching is ours — frameworks written by two Doctors of Physical Therapy. The AI's job is to apply those principles to the week you actually had, remember what happened, and show you its reasoning whenever you ask.

Can Forge help me get back into training after time off?

That's what it's built for. Forge paces your return deliberately — building in blocks, ramping gradually, and adjusting when something feels off. It coaches around discomfort rather than ignoring it, and when something needs a person it says so and points you to one.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

No. Forge builds your program around whatever you have — a full gym, a garage setup, or just bodyweight in a hotel room — and around your schedule.

How much does Forge cost?

Forge is $29.99/month after a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during or after the trial.

Is Forge a replacement for physical therapy or medical care?

No. Forge is a coaching and wellness tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It was built by clinicians and includes safety screening that refers you to a licensed healthcare provider whenever something needs human care.
